Their story began when they were studying together at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad – they both had strong interest in aptitude and in academics. They often discussed how tremendous scope lies in the way “aptitude training” is imparted worldwide. Their interest culminated into starting a START UP venture, Pioneer B-Factory Consultancy and Services Private Limited – on 25th July, 2012 with a vision “To make higher education and employment systems better in India".
So, they gave aptitude learning an entirely new dimension by bringing in new methods of learning which includes twin method training, doubt box, personal mentorship programmes and various strategy articles which catered to the major problems faced by the students regarding lack of ‘mind opening’ methods, personal interaction between trainers and students and exam cracking strategy.
Not only did they fulfil their own dreams, but aspire to fulfil the dreams of students as well. From a company consisting of 2 founders – something that remained constant for quite some months – today B-Factory has 18 full time employees, 10 part time associates and 3 regular interns. The start up is all set to roll high on the national platform.
Today, B Factory is not only famous in the hearts of Ranchites but also has established its mark at the national platform. In a short span of just 4 years, B Factory has gained tremendous recognition and prominence, and has achieved something that has not been achieved by brands that have existed in the market for 20- 30 years. Recently, it has come up with an all India test series called Test Godown which is an E-Commerce test market. Test Godown is an e-commerce market for online tests. The tests have numerous differentiators with value additions which makes the test series one of the best amongst all such parallel offerings. Numerous articles by IIM grads and training experts – video lectures and Online Personal Mentorship program with the institute directors make the program a hot cake for all competitive exam aspirants.
Rahul and Kamlesh have not only been an inspiration to the young minds but also to the entrepreneurs of established companies. They have guided fresh start ups, invested in some, mentored many and been with young minds throughout. Start up enthusiastic youngsters from different colleges, have spent hours and days with them discussing approaches and routes. They have taken pride in the guidance they provide – they dream to see people like them aspiring and doing great. At a very young age, they developed a feeling of selfless doing and community welfare. They have provided free education to many kids who have shown the intent to learn and to achieve. They have made sure that quality education is not denied to those who need it and deserve it. They provide free education to the kids of their office staff; they provide free guidance to students appearing for jobs and placements. They belong to the society and the society belongs to them.
The monks who dreamt of uplifting and changing the aptitude training in the country have been drivers of hundreds of super successful career starts. It has not just been their start up – The story of Rahul and Kamlesh has given a fulfilling start to thousands of students in the tier 2 cities of the country.
